this was a great tutorial, i am suddenly able to do things with my hoop that i never could have fathomed before (well at least i try to!). thanks for this, and i hope you will make more tutorials about poi moves you can do with a hoop. do you ever use minis?

If you really want to see some great applications of this concept, look up some videos from Rainbow Michael or Sean Stogner--they make what I'm doing here look like a kid on their first day of school.
