During this "45 minute Hip Opening Yoga Class" we take the hips through different directions of rotations, to surely release any build up tension in the hips and lower back.   • It is great to find full classes! My instructor had been working with me individually, and suggested that I might be holding tension in the hips. In group class, we can't always work on the hip openers. And, Ester practices the complete yoga with a little setting the intension at the beginning, and a little guided meditation at the end. Thank you!
