Dear Esther, is this class good for relieving back pain? Should I do yoga at all when I have intense back pain, or should I better wait until the pain subsides? Thank you so much.

If you have intense back pain, to the point that your mobility is affected etc, you should get it checked out by your doctor first. If they give permission to do stretches then I would suggest a very gentle class - like somatics with Aki or a yin yoga class and slowly build it up. Listen to your body - if something does not feel right stop! - even better find a yoga therapist. They will work with you on a one on one basis and develop a routine that is specific to your needs! Hello Esther! I love your videos. I was wondering if you have a challenging ~1 hr vinyasa flow with all the chatarangas, crows, headstands, etc that you could put up here? I used to go to a yoga class but now working for a few months on a countryside, and I miss yoga so much.. but not advanced enough yet to put together a class for myself.. may thanks! Also thanks for all the videos already available!:)

Yoga is great in the way that you can just sit on the matt and let your body tell you what it wants to do. Try it! Just go with it and see how you easily create and instinctive sequence. We have full length advanced classes available on our website ekhartyoga com. You can either subscribe to the site or download individual classes.
