You can hate on either, but the truth is, they are both crazy... its why they're meant for each other. They're just both too self-involved to be with each other, and they have to go through all of this to realize they were always meant to be. Truth is, if they had been or done anything differently, they wouldn't end up together in the end. So everything that happened HAD to happen...

I've been in that exact situation. And i have to be on J.D.'s side. Elliot is so neurotic and obviously selfish. She turned J.D. into a sex toy with emotions when she dated Sean, and he thought they were together again. He was so happy and she went crawling back to Sean. Now it's obvious in this situation she doesn't know WHAT she wants. In the next episode she question her relationship with Keith anyway, so...duh, J.D. is right. I agree with The FuzzyArmageddon

Why does everyone always hate on JD? Does no one remember how Elliot was in a relationship with Sean and then slept with JD, only to get back together with Sean five seconds afterward? Elliot hurt him first. :/ After flipflopping between them like that, she deserved JD's fickle behavior.

UGh!! JD had his chance with her, twice and it came down to - he didn't love her. So I don't' think it 'should have been' him, it could have been but JD blew it. I don't feel bad for him at all, I mean he brought this on himself. Keith at least knows how to be in a relationship and commit fully.
