You can use neat (un-diluted) on pimples or on your face. If your skin is sensitive, dilute with water or jojoba oil. Then apply to your skin. It will bring pimples to a head and de-toxify the rest of your skin. This might mean that a few new pimples will appear, but this is because it is getting the bacteria out of your pores. After that, it should keep your skin nice and clear. And it smells great too. If you believe in aromatherapy, it'll help you sleep at night because the scent is very relaxing.

  • Vitamin E oil is good for scarring and cell turnover. I'm not so sure about getting rid of acne.

  • I buy essential oil on amazon, it's the cheapest :)

  • @achristine011 i agreeee

  • @rawrx90 no. olive oil, lavender oil, jojoba oil, tea tree oil..all of this helps keep your pores clean

  • pronounced hohoba hun :)

  • I used JoJoba Oil and it didn't get anything done for me. I use vitamin E and it doesn't give me problems. Yeah I love oil!

  • Lavender Oil works great on Acne for me too. I'd recommend using only Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oils. Any other grade oil while cheaper will not do as well, plus it could do more harm than good. You can it online at youngliving and have it UPS to you. Put in # 1085586 when ordering.
