Also, big up to you for educating the kids and letting them touch it! At least that's one group of kids who won't think sharks are horror movie characters!
-
A hammer that size is excellent live bait for big Tigers and Bulls!! I've even seen a guy here get a huge Ragged Tooth on a Hammer that size!
-

You also spelled Tsunami wrong in your username.
Plus, the chance of a tsunami occurring on the west coast of Florida is very slim.
To bad this is a bonethead and not a hammerhead.

@ArmyBoyMP13 Would you like me to point out all the characteristics of a Hammerhead versus a bonnethead? I have been doing this for years and years.

what line were you using?

@25tyburr That is 40lb Power Pro braided line on that rig. I use Ohero lines myself from 40-80 lbs. This is video of my friend Johns first large Shark. I taught him for awhile and this was his first bigger one landed and released.
Thanks for the post.

@25tyburr I am using 80lb Ohero braided line. I don't go over the 80lb strength due to IFGA regulations if I were to land a record fish. Thanks for commenting.
