This ia a beautiful song, it made me cry, because I am currently at war with myself, listening to this song helps me feel a little bit better

I think at one time or another we have all been "At war with ourselves" Looking in the mirror and hating was is staring back at us. Feelings of disgust and utter unimportance. For me my one wish was to disappear, I wanted to be invisible.
"If they cannot see me... then they cannot hurt me."
This song helps show us ALL are not alone.
We are all beautiful, special, important, valuable and loved.
Music heals. Thanks Sara for helping all of us heal.

So somethings I have realised and overcome, and some things I still have a LONG WAY to go, but on those darker days, I’ll play ‘At War With Myself’ and I suggest you do the same too It really is a WONDERFUL, HEALING song … and I suggest you send it to all your friends/family, especially the teenagers in your life!!

… yes take in good food, yes exercise to keep healthy/toned … but don’t make it a way to change yourself, or to have someone else’s body … I used to look at celebrities I admired and think I wish I had their body, and obsess over working out, but no matter how much I did, I’d never look like them, because their body types/structures were totally different!

No matter how much i obsess over workouts, No matter how much i strive to make my body look like someone else's ... IT ISNT GOING TO MAKE THINGS BETTER ... it isn't going to change anything!!! ... That is been ‘At War With Yourself’, that is letting this obsession win and take over your mind, and it is a dark place to be. Sara & this song, helped me realise I need to Love and Respect my body for what it is, I need to make my body the best it can be for ME...
