Hello. I would like to tell you about Triangle Startup Weekend, coming to Durham June 3-5. And I hope you don't mind I am streaming this video from my authentic 15th century Japanese villa, which I had constructed for me, after my cloud-based hyperlocal web app was purchased by Amazon.

I pitched the idea on Friday of a Startup Weekend, then a team of programmers and I built it on Saturday, and demoed it to judge's on Sunday. After we won, our idea got funded by investors, and now two years later, I am retired here in Japan. If you listen closely, you can hear the sweet sound of a delicate, porcelain-skinned geisha, who used to date the CEO of Red Hat, sleeping on my king-sized feather bed. Set upon a stone platform. In the middle of my olympic-sized Koi pond. In my bedroom.
