Multiplying by multiples of 10 is simple to do.
First count the number of zeros in the number you are multiply by, then move the decimal place of the number being multiplied the same number of times.
Because we are multiplying by numbers ten and above the answer is going to be bigger, and so the decimal place moves to the right.
