Went to an Art Of Living introduction course. They had an interesting point on Expectations. How its a small box that we put things into, and as a result are unable to see everything around that box. This is what you say re: attachment to expectation is a danger!!!

excitement and giddiness of expectation and GRATEFULNESS for it happening.. as if it has happened already(!!!!) is the the beautiful part of expectations.

So there is a middle path there :) Thank you Owen Fox <3
