Finding Forrester was a good example of the teachers on the faculty planning on the failure of a black person. Regardless of how white people may change, It is too late for them and they are going into bondage slowly and there is nothing that any of them can do about it. No, it's the men who do the hiring go to people they know, who happen to be white all the time. AA helps women too.

berkley has 12.4% black students (mixed gender) for their 8% quota for Cali state... how much would you like? 110%?

If jobs are not advertised "in house" how would that make them more accessible to whites then blacks?
