Jewel Concert Sample from May Day Festival in San Diego, April 29, 1995

This is a short sample of a 25 minute set Jewel played at the May Day Festival on April 29, 1995 in San Diego, California. I was their shooting as I always am. If there is enough interest, I'll post the full set on my web site, www.jamesvcosta.com. Jewel performed with Steve Poltz, her then boyfriend. I have shot many different bands and music videos including a documentary on the local San Diego music scene.

Thanks for the post! I got to meet her in 94 through a friend of a friend and crashed at her house for 2 days. She was so cool and down to earth. Played us songs for hours on her living room floor. What a talented and sweet girl.
