@mcrichierich I used 20 as just an arbitrary number because I didn't know the actual figures but what I do know is that whatever the number it was it is now 131% bigger than it was before Bush first increased it and Obama further increased it.

If the graph means that obama increased food stamp costs from the price that Bush had then it means that Obama has increased them at roughly the same amount. I could be misinterpreting it but 65% of 20 is 13 and if you add 13 to 20 you get 33 and 40% of 33 is 13.2 so Obama has increased them slightly more than Bush, roughly the same. Although, I do get that the main point is that West is just deflecting the question all the time.
