@Seanmcdhuibhne They are obsessed with ridding this nation of liquor. Its all about money. IN a county north of Chicago alone 3 years ago, the cops collected over 1 million dollars in impounded cars and the state got that money! These were people who worked hard to pay for their cars. They didn't kill anyone. They are stealing our 4th amendment rightts....all a bunch of elitists and we must stop them. I don't promote drunk driving but they want everyone to not drink. its nuts....

All the laws have gone too far. 4th amendment rights...no searches or seizures of a car or person without a warrant. And NO devices placed on cars as that is another violation of our rights. ONE size does not fit all. WE the people are tired of government dictating what we can and cannot do.

I must be in that .01% of the public that knows ur more likely to crash while tx driving than drink driving and the no1 cause of crashes are due to tailgating and not speeding. Why don't the RSA tell us these facts? And why get a much heavier fine for the lesser offence?
