Tahoe Area Uke Fest - 2009 - Breezin'

I had the honor of opening for Brittni Paiva and Victoria Vox at the 1st Annual Tahoe Area Ukulele Festival this past weekend. At the end of my set I invited Brittni to join me on stage for a couple of tunes before she began her set. Here we are having fun jamming on George Benson's "Breezin'".

GREAT JOB, DOMINIC!

Noticed Brittni uses a thumb pick.. After some touch 'n go, I'm now using a guitar pick regularly. What are you thoughts about using picks on ukes?

Doug, If a pick works for you then by all means use it. I think it is important to find out what works best for you. What works best for you may not work best for others and vice a versa. Good luck and keep having fun with it.
