@levewits People seem to think that SOPA will be this unit of politicians who cruise the web for content crime, like some kind of a fucking Crusade. This will not be the case. The governement can not and will not touch any material that has not been reported to interfere with copyright laws.
So all in all, what SOPA does is to give people more tools and freedom to protect their information and art. It's not the Governemtn that gets more power, it's us.
Though, I agree; SOPA was badly written.

If these bills pass as they are it would only be a matter of time before the country fell apart so much relies on internet even govermental enties like FBI and the millitary rely heavly on info gathering from online sources
