@mnAudio He's actually pointing on the limitations on battleships posed by the Peace Treaty of Versaille. According to this treaty Germany was not allowed to build ships with more than 10.000 tons. A limitation that became obsolete with the neginning of WWII.

@TSR1989FF unusually, there was not a composer engaged for this series, so the music was derived from many different sources.
the track you have indicated was from a specialist film & tv music label: "Extreme Music", under a brand called "directors cuts" and from memory i believe the CD was "epic themes". you should be able to look up Extreme Music on t'internet if you're interested and download the full track.
