Saw this performed live when Nanci toured her Other Voices tour in Dublin, what an introduction to Tom Russell been a fan since

Andrew Hardin is an excellent guitarist but I will never forget a session at the Stan Rogers Folk Festival in Canso, NS where Tom and Andrew were sitting next to JP Cormier (I was sitting in the front row) and JP went off on one of his amazing solos. Tom looked at Andrew and said something like "I though you were the best - why can't you play like that?" - Andrew just shrugged and grinned.
It really does take a lot to beat him.

4%?!?! Do you buy your beer based on who has the hottest chicks on their TV commercials? Try you some Lagunitas next time you're on the west coast. 8%+ and tasty!
-
@paagle So I guess you hate Crown Royal too hunh..?? What the hell does America know about alcohol. All your beer is shit. 4 percent piss.

I was hoping this'd be a song about how utterly crap Canadian Whiskey is. I mean I have nothing against US states 51-62, but they should just give up on the whiskey business. Tom Russell could write a heck of a song about that!

hahahahahahah this song is funny

@inspirationlady what? what do you mean? can't you hear that's clearly Tom's voice and not Ian's - it's just a live video, no overdubs

the vocals are Ian Tyson and Nanci..singing a lovely Tom Russell tune.
great song and cover..
Terrific song. If Nanci touches it, it turns to gold!
