Keeping lower body tight, abs in, exhale as you raise your upper body back up in a straight line, don't bend knees. Lower your body down, don't let your body drop down, keep the movements controlled

  • I appreciate her sharing her workouts, but clearly she's genetically well endowed in the butt area......of course this workout would be beneficial to anyone, but if your goal is to have a shape like hers or butt like hers, it's not gonna happen if you're not built that way.
