@mhlewis42 She was holding up the line & it was terrible to have her RETURN ALL the items (when there's nothing wrong with them), just cuz SHE forgot her gift card. It's courteous to just let it go and come back another time, and let the people behind her go ahead. If it was me who forgot my gift card, that's what I'd do, because I'm not a douchebag. If she was given a refund and the receipt printed out, it's a done deal. no reason to "Check" it, or it wouldn't have gone through. common sense.

sorry but the lady WAS stupid....those people get paid by the hour. They dont KEEP the refund so get over it and quit being paranoid! I cant even begin to count the times I WISHED I had a camera to prove the stupidity I had to deal with...
