I saw this show when I was a kid-wow! To see Janis on tv, at that time, was amazing. To see Swanson, was double wow! Both of these ladies, and they were ladies, were bigger than life, and real. We have, thanks to all the PC, nothing this original or authentic.

Seeing flashy, glamorous, fun, people like these 2 ladies makes me feel like I've lived a sheltered, dreary existence so far. I agree with Gloria's view on romance, marriage & children. =:)

Why are the Gloria fans spitting on Janis, and the Janis fans spitting on Gloria? They were both legends in their own ways. Plus, they don't seem to have nothing against each other... I am a Janis fan but I respect Gloria, I think that's what they would have wanted...
