In Top Performer, Wally says, 'Over the past year most of my coworkers have managed expensive projects that failed. I've done nothing but drink coffee. So on an economic basis, that makes me your top performer. Watch and learn.'

@Resputin84 A friend told me a little while back that a study was done that showed that if you had any 2 of the following 3 qualities, you probably won't get fired: Punctual, Personable, and Productive - meaning if you're on time, and are a likable person - then you don't necessarily have to be productive. If you show up on time, get results, then you don't have to be well liked. If you're likable, and productive, you don't always have to show up on time.
