In this video, narrated by Tony Dungy, former NFL coach, three inmates reflect on the choices they made in their youth and how those choices changed their lives forever. The video serves as reminder to other youth that gun and gang violence never solve anything and that bad choices made now can affect their lives forever.
The PSA features:
• A former junior high state football champion whom at age 15 was the youngest person ever sentenced to state prison in Indiana for the remainder of his life.
• A young man who moved on his own at 12, faced tough life challenges and made decisions that he regrets. The lesson is second chances are not always given.
• Former Indiana Mr. Basketball, Maurice "Kojak" Fuller, whose basketball skills were so revered, he was recruited by the best schools in the country, while "fans" overlooked his activities including drug sales and gun crimes. Fuller was stripped of his title after drugs and weapons arrests. Today, Fuller is out of prison and works as the Outreach Director at Man4Man Ministries in Anderson, Indiana.
Weapons, drugs, pirating, they should all be Destroyed.
