@Pyrotech100 if you can get your hands on the intense portafilter lid, it makes a huge difference and a much better shot with the Handpresso. - Kat

@SeattleCoffeeGear ok. when i filled my whole shot glass, i got the bubbles to come out, and that was 2 oz. when i filled up half way, the espresso was pretty good and i still had a lot of water in the handpresso.

@Pyrotech100 Nope - the shot was just barely over 1 oz. - Kat

the reason it is so weak is that you made a double shot. if you do a single, you need to stop it half-way.

We did try it out using the 'intense' lid on the Handpresso and it had much better results. Although I personally think the MyPressi makes better shots. - Kat

Well, this is just one of the not-very-inspiring Handpresso demos. Saw the MyPressi demos and bought one a few days later. Can't wait for it to get here.
What did you differently here with the pod version than in your other video? The shot here took much less time to finish ?

@klarinetta This is using grounds and not pod; it doesn't perform quite as well. - Kat

@SeattleCoffeeGear I'm not talking about the first shot here I'm talking about the second one at 3:54 in the video with a pod like in the other video. That shot took much less time to finish than in the other video.

@klarinetta Hmmm...not really sure; we shot them so far apart and they were basically using the same things -- could be that the pod in the second video (this one) wasn't as fresh. Not really positive. - Kat
