@iJDWHD You get it from a random event. Just help out all the people you see and eventually someone will give it to you.

@kingteet1 I gave you the exact location on the map, a huge landmark you can't miss (its location as well), and the path you need to walk from said landmark. Maybe next time I'll spell it out but I figured most of the people watching the video would find such elementary explanations pointless and a waste of time. Fuck me, right?
