Getting rain won't do a whole bunch at this point. It would have to rain about ten to twelve inches for us to be safe from another fire. But thanks for your though and prayers. And by the way, firemen do NOT get enough.respect. you realize that when you can see nothing but there shadows from inside a fire. The fire department is 100 percent responsible for my town still standing.

Sad that many lost homes, but in the end folks, this is Mother Nature doing her thing. The old pines will be fine. And the fire will make the forest come back stronger than ever.

Joplin 2011 Tornado Relief is praying for Bastrop, TX. If u need help please let us know we are working with Kathy's Cowboys Angels on facebook she has lots of stuff that needs to get to Tx to help out however she doesn't have anyone that can donate the truck, trailer, driver, and gas.
