I commend for following a healthy lifestyle but I can't sit here and allow you recommend a vegan diet. A vegan diet is inherently dangerous I would recommend that you read the vegetarian myth by lierre keith. Also I would recommend you look at the Natural diet of our ancestors. Please do your research before you recommend a Vegan lifestyle
