Crime and Poverty in under served communities !Then and Now!
Some people have chosen to live beyond their means to escape poverty and crime inside these under served communities like the projects .But you can't run from yourself.
Mayor's like Byrne and Daley are in every community .Chicago is seeing this now!
When people are hungry they will find away to eat ,not just for a moment but for the rest of their lives and their offspring..

Unless your wealthy !Some people chose to live beyond their means to avoid crime and poverty in the under served communities like the projects.but you can run but you can't hide.More importantly , You can't hide from yourself!

That wasn't a church, it was just an outdoor stage with a cross on it.
Cabrini Green is in the process of being torn down. Most of the buildings are gone already.
