@Rdysn5 He's not saying *fold* the medium strength hands on the river, but check them. If you're gonna win at showdown anyway, there's no reason to bet on the river unless your opponent is a calling station that is likely to have a worse hand. If you're playing for money and someone called you on every street, they probably have you beat and have trapped you into throwing your money away.
