@MIssTouver Fondant is used to cover a cake and gumpaste is used for delicate details.

@tonedna1 I am using a plastic ball tool! No wonder it isn't working for me.....thank you so much for pointing that out. I guess I know what I will be buying tomorrow!

@ixellexiful If you are using a plastic ball tool, that might be one of your biggest problems.

Edna, your tutorials are amazing! I am having trouble with the ball tool and rolling the edges. I either have the gumpaste too dry (it cracks) or it is to wet. It moves on the foam when I am trying to role the edges. Any suggestions?? Thanks!
