  • good for you and tell ur mom to stop calling u wrecking ur diet. Even if she does call u saying she's cooking up something real nice just be a big man and say no. Don't be a moma's boy. Keep up the great work.

  • Haha... I'll always be a mama's boy.. but She's being good about telling me what she's cooking AND.. she says that she's going to start eating healthy soon too. Thanks for watching and commenting!

  • Whoooaaaa, haven't seen any videos in a while, you look so much better! Well done.

  • Thanks! I don't feel like I look THAT much different, but I am feeling better and know that huge changes are coming! On a side note... is your screen name a reference to Ghostbusters? or something else? Im a huge Ghostbusters fan and the video game comes out tomorrow!!! Woohoo!

"Tell him about the the twinkie" :)

  • Love the new energy man keep it up. Hey lets get some starter photos of Rob so we can see his progression as well.

  • Thanks!!!! Im totally pumped for this round! I'll ask him, but.. I dont think he's a glutton for punishment (in public anyway) like I am. ;) If he gives me some, I'll post them.

  • is this thing over?

  • LOL...and yes, i realize i completely contradicted myself from my first to second comment so let me clarify...i'm talking lactic acid has a life span of minutes...not days like some folks say.

  • I bet you're pushing yourself much harder doing pushups and pullups that's probably why you don't feel nauseous on a machine. The human mind is so powerful that when you have a motivating person like Tony Horton telling you "that most ppl stop WAY before they should..." you tend to work harder. Contrary to popular belief, lactic acid does not hang around very long in your body after it's produced and is not responsible for the soreness feeling you have, but it can make you sick...just a guess;)

  • D00d3tte!! I fricken love you Rachel! lol.. you are such a motivator! I dont know.. I think the shirt in this vid makes me look a little slimmer than I really am.. it's an optical illusion! :P Hop on the train! At least until you move... I can't believe you are moving FARTHER away!!!! Sheesh! Oh... and lets get some L4D in soon! I'll text you!

  • LOL.. "The puke inducing workout!" I love it.. lol I actually think it has something to do with all the changing of positions.. similar to motion sickness. I've worked Chest and back before on machines and have NEVER felt as woozy as I do when I am doing pull ups and push ups. Also, the nausea goes away almost immediately after I'm done working out.

It's not too bad as long as I pace myself. Todays workout had feeling it, but I'd take breaks and go right back at it.
