Jascha Heifetz's Carmen is technically better, and more fluent, but Sergey has his own style, he plays beautifully, full of emotion, although sometimes he hurries too much.
I love the part going from 2:31 to 4:00, he put his violin in tears; a very good interpretation.
Wonderful playing! I can't believe people are complaining about wrong note....hey, we'll all human! If you can play the notes all correctly and play as musically as he is playing here, I congratulate you. Rather than comment about wrong notes, or faces he's making, listen to what he is saying musically! Sergey is a wonderful violinist!! I wish I could play like this. He reminds me of two of my favorite violinists, Leonid Kogan and Michael Rabin!

No doubt of his shiny future.
