you only showed the nice things that happen .....you need to spend some more time on cinco de mayo on the street of san jose .....peole need to see the gang fights cruising all the thigs that happen on king rd tully rd down town .. im not sayin its nice just some people let their kids go out but they dont know the bad things they do out their one of them being what you showed on this video and its not te parents that are wrong its the kids and influence of other street kids

I agree that it is a problem that parents don't know where their kids are late at night. However, I'm a bit disturbed that the officer would make a kid take a breathalyzer test, apparently without the parent present or their consent.

It's the name of the segment! What should I call it " People Behaving Badly unless some one disagrees with the subject matter then just call it Oh my god look at this?" Sorry the title's too long!!!!!! If you actually watched and listened to the segment no child was dragged off to jail they were held until there parents arrived to pick them up! Oh yea my bad you missed that part!
