Muslim sister Marwa al-Sherbini killed in German court with 18 stabs July 2009

A woman stabbed to death in a German court was an Egyptian who had sued her attacker after he insulted her for wearing the Islamic headscarf.

Marwa al-Sherbini, 32, who was killed in a court in Dresden on Wednesday, was the wife of Egyptian academic Elwi Ali Okaz who was also hurt in the incident and is now in critical condition in hospital, the state-owned Al-Akhbar reported.

The attacker stabbed Sherbini "shortly before she was to give evidence in an appeal lodged by the man against a conviction for insulting her over wearing the hijab,"

When her husband tried to help her the police fired a shot on him, he is now in critical condition , and Marwa Al-Sherbini died in the courtroom after 18 stabs yes 18 stabs inside the court.

The probelm why western media don't speak about this crime, last week when neda from iran killed all the media commented about her like it was a halucaust in iran, and now they didn't say anything and you can search ever in internet you won't find more informations.

God be with the little boy whose mother was taken so violently from him- I hope his father survived the attack. This was a peaceful & educated woman, who was minding her own business. But there are crazy, radical people out there who might not like how you look and the best thing to do is avoid & ignore them. By bringing this neo-Nazi to court, she was endangering herself. But how come the guy was able to get a knife into the courtroom?! This is so sad.
