there has another book that includes scientific evidence of nerve blood and other tissue growth. It is "SPARK The Revolutionary Science of Exercise and the Brain" Interestingly the coach spoken of in the book had colon cancer. And I wonder if he consumed dairy or other animal products. And had he not, he would have even further enhanced his life and body's capability to repair and build cells.
