Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva is also known as Guanshiyin Bodhisattva or Guanyin Bodhisattva. His full dignitary title is "the compassionate and merciful Guan-shi-yin Bodhisattva who saves all beings from all suffering and hardship".

Why is he named like that? Does he really have the power to save people in danger and hardship? How can we get his help? This episode tells us how to get his help if we suffer from windstorm when travelling at sea.
