Thank u guys for uploading such an awesome video!!! i always thought that we r fully spiritual only when we do't feel anger,irritations etc but now i understood that it's all about feeling these emotions within and not reacting on them!!!

Beautiful video again, and I agree that when you are in an enlightened state that your emotions are usually more subtle/mysterious instead of crude. In your natural spiritual state, your spiritual energy rises up and releases itself through emotion (like an energy fountain.) The only bold emotions are in honest reaction to problems you confront. The choosing of emotion is where Id have to disagree with you; that disrupts the natural outflow of spiritual energy.

Actually the video isn't saying you will choose the emotions you'll have...it's saying that you will choose how you respond to them.
