will never forget the day i got eyedeas autograph. would have waited all day. told me to wait at the booth after performing at soundset in 2009. felt like forever waiting for him to come back, but i knew he would. so i stayed loyal. it was worth it. 2010 he performed burn fetish at soundset. that was the last thing i heard in person from him. went to the wake to show my respect and i'll never forget seeing sims (andrew sims/doomtree) sitting at the back crying. hits hard. what a gigantic loss.

This song means so much to me. The day after I was released from a mental health facility after attempting suicide I took a long drive in my car and listened to this record and it helped me a ton. I saw Eyedea in 2006 and I had to tell him what his music meant to me. I hope he knew how many people understoof what he was trying to say and appreciated his message.
