The King of Kings 1927 Cecil de Mille Silent Movie

Mary Magdalene becomes angry when Judas, now a follower of Jesus, won't come to her feast. She goes to see Jesus and becomes repentant. From there the Bible story unfolds through the Crucifixion and Resurrection.

  • Based on the way Judas is holding his cloak, I'd say Dracula: 2000 was right. He did become a vampire.

  • The Holy Grail and Holy Spirit.

  • You know in Sunday School that always made me wonder when they told about the Last Supper if Judas recieved the bread and blood or not. But here it almost makes sense seeing how well the actor is emoting his guilt over what he is about to do, like that is all his head is wrapped up in that he can't even eat or drink anything.

  • This is my favorite part of the whole movie... how he says goodbye to Mary.
