depends on what kind of phone you have. Download the file from the link, then pop it into your phone. Most phones these days can use music clips as ring tones, just look for it using your phone after you upload it into your phone.

hook up your phone to your computer. Then look for a folder (usually under music) with your ring tones in it, put it there and viola: it should show up on your ring tones list.
