I hate how everyone comments on 'how she doesn't salt her food'. If she salted everything she ate, she'd be Paula Deen size. She likes to eat fatty foods but adding extra salt means just adding extra pounds. When you use ingredients that have lots of flavor, the seasonings mix horribly. You're not looking for a battle of the tastes. You have your main 'seasoning' ingredient and that's all you need. Extra Salt = Extra pounds, water retention, etc. AKA Paula Deen size.
