In todays tennis, a powerful forehand groundstroke is mandatory to advance in competitive play. There are three primary sources of power on a forehand. The first is the swing speed generated from the hand and wrist accelerating the racquet. The second is what is called linear vertical momentum or ground forces that come from the legs bending and unbending upwards as a player swings. The third and equally critical is angular momentum or rotational force that is demonstrated in this video clip. The Forehand Rotator is designed specifically to give players a feel for this rotational force and how to use it to their advantage. www.oncourtoffcourt.com

  • Uuumm, you've got good tennis tips but you're losing credibility with all these ads.

  • @dctrex Hey guys - please lighten up. YouTube is FULL of clips that promote different things. I hope you're being democratic and posting a tough comment on all of them! Have a great New Year. Joe Dinoffer
