We must concentrate our mind with attention of how the jiva can be manifested and simoultaneously ever -existing up to recive the realization of this. Krishna feels to reciprocate; this is what He said in BG 4.11. So, whatever information we want to know we will recive it from Him or the sad-Guru. It depends on kripa and the aprpiatte focaliztion of your mind.

Unless one is not able to understand that something cannot come from nothing, or one is to much attached to material consideration of life which appears to come from nowhere, and it ends up in nothingness, one's understanding idea of manifestation of jiva is a false. One should understand that in the spiritual platform something can be manifested (as jivas do) and at the some time ever-existing.

At the same time that is true that most jivas do not come here from spiritual word. If we consider that material word is like 1/4 of all existance (spiritual and material) there is no contradiction in what Maharaja says here (please note: tatashtha-siakti is only partial spiritual energy, one of the spiritual sources from which jives manifest themselves).

Prabhupada describes the system as reflection of prison in dualistic way here. Aalthough one can say that jivas come here by their luck of expedience or luck of realization of out of their ignorance tathashtha-siakti is desing like this.

First: if the majority of jivas mentioned here are coming from tatashtha-siakti, and this refers to this orgin of the jivas but this is not the only way the jivas manifest themselves.

In this video Maharaja says that most(99%) of the jivas come here instead of the spiritual world. Contrastingly in an interview Prabhupada said that the system is like a reflection of the prison system on earth, most jivas never come here same way most of the population never go to prison here.

Another thing Maharaja said was that this happens when jivas manifest, but thought all jivas were the same quality as God, meaning unborn and never non-existing to be created or manifested.
