I heard MSM can help,I just started taking it and using the cream,going for the soap now. I pray everyday to God that he will bless me with no loose skin issues......PLEASE! Good luck guys!

Definitely normal! I've now lost 170 lbs. (with WLS) and I too have all the sagging skin issues... :(

I too have the flapping wings going on too- and i lift 5 lb. weights all the time.. it just sucks!!!

me three... I have it all over :(. & I still have another 70lbs to lose. Recently started jogging training (couch to 5k) & joined a gym, Hopefully that will help me look much less loose by the time I hit goal.

that's how i am. I noticed it after the first 3 months. That's pretty much the only area where I have loose skin. I lift weights but it's almost impossible to build muscle as fast as you lose fat.
