I love the way this episode was made. They don't over explain who she is and what she's done because they know that the vast majority of us who watch Torchwood watch Doctor Who just as religiously . It's like they're entwined. More spin-off's should be like that, they usually try too hard to be completly seperate but share the same concepts or the odd character.

assholes killed Owen. i can't believe they can cut out such a great character, i mean the others are great but kill any of them but not Owen. kill Captain Jack but not Owen. you fucking fuckers.

Yeah, it is. I remember seeing Alan Dale in Ugly Betty and the Indian Jones movie, Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.
