Miami-Dade house fire - Kendall - sized up by a civilian

A near miss occured when Miami-Dade Firefighters just missed being caught in a flashover. FF's arrived with very light whispy smoke showing. Venting of rear windows produced very heavy black smoke under intense pressure, still no sign of fire inside. The hose teams had just exited the second floor to regroup, unable to find the source after very high heat, zero visability and no sign of fire for 15mins on scene. Vent teams took front windows and instantly the vent FF was engulfed in fire and a portion of the second floor, that crews were just standing in 30 sec earlier, flashed. Now a plainly visable fire was re-entered and extinguished. The video is from a civilian in the neighboorhood. Crews were already back inside making their way with handlines to 2nd flr. The exposure line spray can be seen many times on the Bravo side.
