(MSTS1) WOR-TV - Sign-On 1983 - Repro.

I had this sign-on on a 1983 videotape but the tape ended up defective and is long gone, but I found that I saved the audio of this WOR bit. So I tried to recreate the animation and all images in this clip as best I could for it from memory.

Yes, the north (1-WTC) had the antenna farm and the tall tower mast.

@SquonkProductions Indy stations still exist these days.  They just suck compared to back in the 80s.

The V/O on this sign-on (whose city of license had indeed moved to Secaucus, NJ at the point of this audio aircheck; it would be another three years before their studios moved there) was Phil Tonken. At that point all references to the city of license were "ixnayed," save for the transmitter reference.
