I'm so jealous. I wish I was making that food with Hugh because I value good food and animal welfare so highly. I'd be a little squeamish at first, but after reminding myself that the animals led good lives and that they'll become a meal of fantastic quality and so high in nutrients, it's 100% worth it.

i agree completely, i shoot and eat all i can and enjoy the meat to the fore from pasture to plate, your right that the animal has led a happy and wild life.
