This technique that I developed is useful for dealing with intrusive, negative thoughts that might arise during meditation. Like all meditaion techniques, this is also very useful for waking life, to deal with these thoughts.

  • It does help alot.

    Also just meditation does help alot, letting go of it all.

    It's not always easy, but it's something worth doing if you are struggling with bad thoughts!

    It helps a lot! Anything that you can do to lessen these thoughts is better than nothing. Fighting them doesn't work. It also doesn't work to succumb to them. I just like the idea of beind detached from and them the cleansing of them as you watch them, in your mind, float away!
