Thanks to Madlib, I got introduced to Dub, now one of my favorite genres of music.
For "Good Morning Sunshine," he apparently split the stereo track and used the channel that only had the drum, bass, and bells, which is tight as hell. I wish there was a more stripped down dub version that only had these elements. Anyone know whether there's one out there? (no disrespect to the Melodica King, of course).
In America, they used to say that, years ago. That’s why I did that tune ‘Unfinished Melody’ just for them, because through their thoughts and what they were doing, I just had to counteract them. And now, they’re coming and mixing the music just like how I and I mix, heavy and ‘boof, boof!’ ’pon the whole echo thing and ‘boom!’
