If anything restrictions on the beach usage and creel limit will do nothing but improve fishing. Why the hell would you argue against that?

These fish of this cllass has not been seen by the 80 year old natives that I've spoken with..so they are the strongest they have been in sometime. I'll make sure to compare that with the next person I meet from the 18th century. Does no goo for any angler if the stocks are good, but your access is denied.and The Inspector General just declared a gross mismanagement of NOAA and DMF..Hard to collect data, when over 80% of your people are enforcement and not scienctist..

Well technically people from Virginia fought on both sides during the Civil War, so they run a 50% chance of being Yankees. These guys were all local though, nobody from up north goes to the OBX during January looking drum, they're too busy shoveling snow, cussing each other, throwing trash all over the place, and going to "We Love Obama" rallies.
